The impact of Virtual Reality on training and safety: present and future

The meeting aims to create knowledge and awareness with respect to Extended Reality technologies (Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, Virtual Reality) by illustrating the distinctive features of these technologies and the opportunities for use by companies and training institutions. The most recent developments of Virtual Reality technologies in education and occupational safety and possible synergies with innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Digital Manufacturing will be highlighted.
