The project intends to analyze the impact of cognitive bias on intertemporal choice and to demonstrate how virtual reality represents a tool to correct them. The experiment tests monetary  choices over time in immersive environments and aims to show how the degree of connectedness between present self and future self is an important variable in determining rational intertemporal choices.
